A clear scope
Certified electrical contractors in Florida can pull a wide range of work. What this company is offering, in this version of the site, is ordinary commercial electrical: lighting, panels, dedicated equipment circuits, and remodel work inside occupied businesses. If the job is a high-rise, a substation, or a plant, say so on the first call. We would rather decline than imply we are the right crew.
- Tenant improvements and small build-outs
- Lighting replacements and added circuits for equipment
- Panels that have run out of space
- Repairs that have to happen when the door is locked
What a property manager should have ready
The address, access, and who can meet us. What failed, or what is being built. Whether the space is occupied during the day. A one-line drawing if one exists. The city, because the permit office for a shop on Ridgewood is not the permit office for a shop in Palm Coast.
After-hours work is by arrangement so a business can stay open. It is still not a 24-hour contract. If you need a retainer and a response-time promise, that is a written agreement we do not pretend to have published here.
Price, said once
Commercial electrical is priced from the equipment and the hours, not from a residential average on a blog. We will not quote a “starting at” number for a restaurant build-out. Send the scope. You will get a written estimate or a no.
Where this work goes
The same license covers the cities below. None of those pages is a claim that we keep a crew there.
